These Terms form an agreement between you and Elora (legal name Elora Media LLC), a Delaware company, and they include our Service Terms and important provisions for resolving disputes through arbitration. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Elora (legal name Elora Media LLC) is an AI research and deployment company. Our mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.

Registration and Access

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.
• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Using Our Services

• What You Can Do: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as our Sharing & Publication Policy, Usage Policies, and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.
• What You Cannot Do: You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:
  • Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone’s rights.
  • Modify, copy, lease, sell, or distribute any of our Services.
  • Attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services (except where prohibited by applicable law).
  • Automatically extract data or output generated by the Services.
  • Represent that output was human-generated when it was not.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services.
  • Use output from the Services to develop models that compete with Elora.
• Prohibited Uses: The content produced by Elora’s Services is intended solely for commercial use. Users are strictly prohibited from using the content for purposes such as:
  • Pornography
  • Gambling
  • Illegal drugs
  • Scams or fraudulent activities

Any violation will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Software

Our Services may allow you to download software (e.g., mobile applications), which may update automatically. Some software may include open-source components governed by their own licenses.

Corporate Domains

If you create an account using an email address owned by an organization (e.g., your employer), that account may be added to the organization's business account with us.

Third Party Services

Our services may include third-party software or outputs subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Feedback

We appreciate your feedback and may use it without restriction or compensation.

Your Content

You may provide input (“Input”) and receive output (“Output”) from the Services. Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content.” You retain ownership rights in your Input and Output where applicable by law.

• Similarity of Content: Due to the nature of AI, output may not be unique. Other users may receive similar results.
• Our Use of Content: We may use Content to improve our services unless you opt out.
• Opt-Out Option: If you do not want us to use your Content for training purposes, you can opt out via instructions provided on our website.

Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or reliable. You should evaluate all Output for accuracy before using it.

Payment and Breach

• Billing: Payments must be made accurately. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Changes: We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Inactive accounts without a paid subscription may also be terminated after one year.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in these Terms. Class action waivers apply.

General Terms

• Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms; we can assign ours.
• Changes: We may update these Terms periodically with notice when required.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Delaware law unless otherwise specified.
